Greg Corbin, President and GM

Greg Corbin

President & General Manager

With a diverse background and thirty-four years of experience in the school construction and equipment field, Greg brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the table. Greg entered the workforce at a young age, working first as a mason tender and eventually a brick and stone mason. Later he joined his family’s operable partition business. He managed the company’s crews, eventually as General Foreman, while still performing daily installations as a Union Carpenter out of Boston Local 33. It was during this phase of his career that his mechanical, carpentry, and job site acumen was fostered and developed.  In addition to his vast installation and project management experience, Greg holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.

Having laid a solid foundation of field operations experience, including a brief foray into custom home building as a Foreman, Greg entered the Sales and Project Management side of the school equipment industry in the late 1990's, selling gymnasium equipment and eventually Telescopic Seating. In 2004, he founded Corbin Interior Specialties (known now as Corbin Seating Company), and in 2012-13, the foundation was set in place for an exclusive relationship with Irwin Seating Company.

As President and General Manager, Greg's duties include all sales, marketing and project management efforts, in addition to the daily oversight of Field Operations. While the responsibilities Greg carries within the company are far-reaching, it is this hands-on approach that helps to maintain our high level of quality control and accountability.
